As an expert in these trades, we will effectively estimate and communicate with your insurance company about the proper repair methods and appropriate costs associated with those repairs. Our expertise has earned us a stellar reputation throughout the storm restoration industry. Not only do we receive many customer referrals, but we are also referred by our competitors. Many of the large roofing companies in Colorado refer us to their customers to assist in the navigation of complex storm restoration claims.

Our beginnings date back to 1984. Originally a local siding and window company headquartered in the farming community of Berthoud, Colorado - a father and three sons. The three brothers grew up installing quality home improvements for their father's business. Attention to detail and perfect craftsmanship is the goal of every project. Since our humble beginning, we have added roofing, HVAC, stucco, painting, and solar services. We believe in community, integrity, honesty, hard work, communication, and simply doing the right thing for our customers. Most of our business comes from referrals and networking partners, and as a result, we have never needed to do any advertising. We have been listed as an A+ contractor with the Better Business Bureau for over ten years without a single complaint.

INSURANCE: THIS PROCESS DOES NOT NEED TO BE CONFUSING!
When Homeowners have the right team on their side, the claim process can be significantly simplified. Our team members have extensive experience within the insurance side of the industry. We provide the insurance company with all the estimates, letters of opinion, code documents, manufacturer documentation, proper repair methods, and anything else necessary to approve your repairs. Collectively, we have overseen the process of over 1000 insurance claims. Having a history in the insurance and construction industries, we have the experience to navigate this process quickly and effectively. We do all the supplementing, invoicing, billing, and communicating on your behalf. We will work amicably with your adjuster to address every repair correctly. All you need to do is pick your material colors. We will take care of everything else.
QUALITY CONTROL, PRODUCTION, AND COMMUNICATION
Our production manager has been with us for over ten years and has over 30 years of experience in the roofing industry. Over his career, he has overseen more than $500 million roofing repairs. He is also an expert in the insurance billing and supplementing process. Being knowledgeable on every part of the process, he will be able to address your every need along the way. We will personally inspect each project before ordering materials and inform the insurance company of missing details such as parts, additional labor, and code-related items.
We will communicate with you about the delivery and installation schedule. To our knowledge, we are the only roofing company with a production system of this type. Communicating with the person responsible for the quality of your repairs is of tremendous value. Quality control is very important, and we take it seriously.
